Talvo is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical or psychological advice. In case of psychological distress, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App in accordance with its intended purpose and not to:
- Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to disrupt, disassemble, or compromise the App's operation
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute all or part of the App's content without authorization
4. AI-generated content
Some affirmations are generated by a third-party artificial intelligence service based on content you enter. This content is provided as wellness support only and should not be interpreted as professional advice.
5. Premium subscription
Some features (for example premium visual themes) may require a paid subscription, managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app purchase systems. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed directly by these platforms, in accordance with their own terms.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, texts, sounds, and visual elements are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is." We strive to ensure the service's availability and reliability, without guaranteeing the complete absence of interruption or error. We cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the App.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change via an update to the date at the top of this page.
